Abstract

As the times, which are social problems of the present era, change and develop rapidly, people’s consciousness and goals are also increasing, and modern people are busy living in fierce competition that has led to success and failure. Through prior research, we will recognize the need to provide a positive environment and space for modern people, while also considering the possibility and positive effects of the development of accommodation and culture spaces in modern leisure culture spaces according to the times and social changes. In addition, the development of the times has led to urbanization, destruction of natural green areas, and the construction of buildings, resulting in reduced green areas, causing various environmental problems. Through this study, the purpose of the study is to analyze and combine the social problems and issues of modern people with the design theory of landscape to find a positive effect. Through the complementarity of the surrounding environment, nature, and architecture, it is thought that buildings and nature are connected to one flow, so that people can see and feel more harmonious and from a larger perspective, rather than a spatial and visual one-dimensional view of people feel. Inside, we will also be able to communicate with nature and enjoy leisure and culture time for more diverse programs, and we expect a more developed positive impact on accommodation facilities through connections and cross-space flows, rather than separate or independent space flows.
