초고령화 사회를 대비한 치매의 임상적 특징과 진단과정에 대한 소개

Abstract

목적 : 치매라는 질환의 다양한 임상증후군을 이해하고, 진단 과정에 대해 정확히 파악하는 것이 중요하다. 본문에서는 치매의 임상적 특징과 진단과정에 대한 소개하겠다. 연구방법 : 치매는 80여 가지의 다양한 질환으로 발생하는 증후군 (syndrome)이다. 일차성 신경퇴행성질환이 알츠하이머병 치매, 혈관성 치매, 루이체치매, 전두측두엽치매에 대한 임상적 특징을 소개하고 진단 과정을 소개한다. 연구결과 : 치매 환자의 정확한 문진, 신경학적 진찰, 인지기능 평가, 영상평가를 통한 치매의 임상적 특징과 진단과정은 환자의 인지능력 향상방법을 고안하는데 기본이 된다. 결론 : 정확한 치매진단의 감별은 약물적 치료를 담당하는 의료인뿐만 아니라 비약물적 치료를 담당하는 여러 연관 분야에도 중요하다.

Introduction : It is important to understand the various clinical symptoms of dementia and to accurately understand the diagnosis process. I introduce the clinical features and diagnosis process of dementia. Text : Dementia is a syndrome caused by 80 different diseases. Here, I described clinical features and diagnostic step for dementia with primary neurodegenerative disease such as Alzheimer's disease, vascular dementia, dementia with Lewy bodies, and frontal temporal lobe dementia. Discussion : The clinical characteristics and diagnosis of dementia through history taking, neurological examination,cognitive function evaluation, and imaging studies of dementia patients is fundamental to the design of methods for improving the cognitive ability of patients. Conclusion : The accurate dementia diagnosis is important not only for the medical personnel responsible for but also for various related areas that are responsible for non-pharmaceutical treatment.
