dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to strengthen reinforced concrete shear walls, especially the behavior of flexural reinforcement details of wall ends. In the building of the shear wall structure, the approach of wall end is commonly used to reinforce the strength of the structure. In this process, however, the joint details between the existing wall and the reinforcement member are uncertain. As a result, the ultimate flexural failure of the reinforced concrete shear wall depends on the joint details. This study deals with two details of horizontal reinforcing bars and stud joints of the concrete core.-
