| dc.description.abstract | 정선빌딩은 의류관련 중소기업의 업무공간으로서 회사의 이미지를 건축적으로 표현하는 것이 요구되었지만, 대상지는 다양한 제한사항과 불리한 현장여건으로 계획에 어려움이 있었다. 5개층을 저층부(1층,2층)와 상층부(3층,4층,5층,옥탑)로 대비를 강조하여 디자인했다. 사선 높이제한을 받지 않는 저층부는 투명성을 강조한 큐빅형태를 제안하고, 높이제한을 받는 상층부는 층고보다 낮은 높이로 수평분절하여 수평판이 어슷어슷 적층된 조형을 계획하였다 | - |
