| dc.description.abstract | MERS와 같은 재난은 국가적 차원에서 대응 정책을 구축하는 것이 필수적이다. 대응 정책 구축을 위해서는 기존의 대응 네트워크를 분석할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 2015년 대한민국에서 일어난 MERS 대응 네트워크를 중심-주변 탐지 기법을 이용하여 분석한다. 중심-주변 탐지 기법은 네트워크 분석방법 중 하나로 이 기법을 통해 MERS 대응 네트워크에서 중추적인 역할을 수행한 기관과 지엽적인 역할을 수행한 기관을 분류한다. 또한 MERS 대응 네트워크와 이상적인 중심-주변 구조와의 유사성을 살펴본다. | - |
