| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구의 목적은 고등학교 야구 선수들의 여가제약과 여가 동기, 스트레스, 자아존중감 사이의 구조적 관계를 조사하는 것이었다. 본 연구 모형은 연구 주제와 관련된 선행 연구에 근거하여 도출되었으며, 연구 모형은 구조 방정식 모델링 절차에 따라 분석되었다. 본 연구의 참가자는 고등학교 야구선수 341명으로 구성되었다. 측정도구는 여가제약 검사지, 여가동기 검사지, 스트레스 검사지 및 자아존중감 검사지이다. 여가 제약, 여가동기, 스트레스 및 자아존중감 사이의 구조적 관계 모형의 적합성을 확인하기 위해 구조 방정식 분석을 수행했다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 여가 제약은 여가 동기에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 여가 제약은 스트레스에 정적인 영향을 미쳤으나, 자아존중감에는 부정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 마지막으로, 스트레스는 자아존중감에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 고등학교 야구 선수의 심리요인 향상을 위한 방법이 제안되었다. | - |
