Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the site specificity in per formance that has been luring not only artists but choreographers. Site-specific dance performance makes people think differently about the site they are experiencing as well as about the art itself. It affects peo ple's feelings about themselves in that site and informs their future inter actions with that site. Site-specific Performance is art that seeks in the end to create a bond between the creative performance and our world in ways that shift and change our reality.
