dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to examine existing housing standards and to analyze how people feel about residential area size using Virtual Reality and EEG. The results of the study showed that the larger the residential area, the lower the stress and the greater the relaxation. Conversely, the smaller the residential area, the higher the stress and the lower the relaxation. In particular, the stress index was the same at 8 and 9 ㎡, 11 ㎡, 12 ㎡ and 13 ㎡, and the stress index was lowered again from 14 ㎡. The results of the experiment confirmed that the pathology standard of Chombard de lawve can be applied from 14 ㎡. It is thought that it will be useful for designing considering human emotion in future residential area planning.-
