dc.description.abstractOccupants actively control the surrounding environment to maintain comfort. Window control is the basic way for occupants to maintain a pleasant environment. Such window control is a ventilation method that affects indoor environment as well as building energy use. Therefore, window control is closely related to building energy use and occupant comfort. So in this study, we analyzed the relationship between heating energy consumption and window opening in residential building so that we could model the occupants behavior.-
