| dc.description.abstract | The main purpose of this study is to investigate an operating performance for package unit of a liquid desiccant and evaporative cooling-assisted 100% outdoor air system (LD-IDECOAS) during winter and intermediate seasons. The package unit of the LD-IDECOAS includes a liquid desiccant (LD) system and indirect and direct evaporative coolers (IEC and DEC) to meet the target supply air (SA) conditions. The winter and intermediate season mode of operation of the package unit is suggested and estimated under actual system operation conditions. Based on the various outdoor air conditions, the system performance of the heating and intermediate cooling operation were examined and analyzed. In this study, the system performance of the heating season shown 71.36% and the intermediate cooling performance was indicated in 80.05%, respectively. | - |
