dc.description.abstract연구목적 : 본 연구는 위해 근무환경에 대한 간호사의 경험을 확장하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구방법 : 개인 면담을 통해 자료를 수집하였으며, Colaizzi 현상학적 분석 방법을 사용하였다. 연구결과 : ‘감염상황을 방관함’, ‘폭력적 근무환경에 내 던져짐’, ‘홀로 감당하기 버거운 시간들’, ‘위해 근무환경에서 고군분투함’ 등 4개의 범주가 도출되었다. 결론 : 본 연구 결과를 통해 위해 근무환경에 대한 간호사의 경험을 심층적으로 파악할 수 있었다. 안전한 근무환경 조성을 위해 개인뿐 아니라 조직차원의 인식 및 제도 개선 등 적극적인 노력이 필요하며, 안전한 근무환경을 측정할 수 있는 도구개발이 필요할 것으로 생각된다.-
dc.description.abstractPurpose: This study was conducted to expand nurse's experience of harmful work environments Methods: Data were collected through in-depth dividual interviews and analyzed using Colaizzi phenomenological analysis methodology. Results: Harmful work environments experienced by nurses were categorized as followed: ‘Neglect concerning infections’, ‘Being thrown into a violent working environment’, ‘The hard times of being alone’, ‘Struggling with the harmful work environments’. Conclusion: The results of this study provide a deep understanding of the harmful work environments. It is necessary to create safe work environments and it is important to improve awareness in the system of organizations as well as individuals. Also, it is necessary to develop tools to measure work environment including risk factors.-
