Abstract
According to the National Statistical Office, the number of single-person households increased to 27.9% in 2016 and that of the 20-30 age group accounted for 36%, which is higher than other age groups. A Youth single-person household is increasingly facing the problem of housing poverty due to social reasons, and a new type of housing is emerging as an alternative to housing, but it is not enough to solve the housing problem. In this study, we analyze the actual residence experience of Youth single-person households and analyze the residence situation and satisfaction of Youth single-person households and propose the direction of development to the user-oriented residential space for Youth single-person households. The analysis results are as follows: First, it is found that housing type and multi · family housing type are the most residents, and housing deposit is more than KRW10million 67%. Second, as a result of analyzing the satisfaction of indoor and outdoor environment, it is found that attractive factors such as sleeping space, sanitary space, furniture arrangement, unmanned delivery service, privacy, scale, space arrangement, storage space, security and security, Sound insulation and noise were derived from the heating system, ventilation · odor discharge, elevator, cooking · dining area, veranda and multipurpose space, garbage collection area, public space management and reverse factor. Third, as a result of indoor and outdoor environmental factors classified by gender, the results of men and women are different.
