도시거주 20-30세 특성을 고려한 1인가구 요구분석

Abstract

Recent social changes like marriage avoidance, youth unemployment, severe low birthrate, aging have led single-person households to the most rapid increase in the world. Therefore, the main object of research is to be used as a point of reference by identifying the space planning components preferred by 20s-30s and providing directions of single-housing space planning. This research identified the concept of single-household and space planning components by examining prospective study, analyzed requirements of single-household by executing surveys. Those prospective study and surveys reason out 3 conclusions. First, to reflect dwellers` characteristics, when planning single household of 20s-30s, it is required to be planned to provide a system that residents can select the interior design components by themselves. Second, to assure residents` safety and to increase the level of satisfaction about dwellers` privacy protection, it is required to support installing CCTV cameras, Third, to make better use of a limited space, it is required to consider preferred requirements of 20s-30s residents when space planning.
