교정 절골술의 선택: 장점, 단점, 적응증

Abstract

부정 유합은 해부학적 및 역학적 축의 변화로 인해 외관상의 문제뿐만 아니라 퇴행성 관절염 등의 합병증을 유발할 수 있으며, 이를 예방하기 위해 교정 절골술이 필요할 수 있다. 교정 절골술은 절단면의 모양에 따라 크게 직선형(straight type)과 반구형(dome type)으로 구분할 수 있으며, 직선형은 개방 또는 폐쇄 쐐기를 통해 변형을 교정한다. 술자는 각각의 절골술의 적응증, 수술 술기 및 장, 단점을 잘 이해하고 있어야 되며, 절골술의 선택은 변형의 정도, 연부조직의 상태, 관절과의 인접 여부, 내고정 삽입물의 종류, 술자의 경험 등을 고려하여 가장 적절한 절골 방법을 선택한다.

Deciding on the method of corrective osteotomy depends on the degree of angulation, soft tissue condition, approximate with joint, implant type, and the experience of the surgeon.
