dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to evaluate experimentally the impact of inlet solution temperature on the performance of an adiabatic cross flow regenerator. A lithium chloride aqueous solution was selected as the desiccant solution. The measured parameters were the temperature, mass flow rate, and concentration of the inlet solution and the temperature, mass flow rate, and humidity ratio of the air inlet and outlet. The inlet solution temperature varied from 50 to 90°C, and the inlet air temperature was set to approximately 30°C, which represents summer mode. The regeneration rate was used to analyze the mass transfer performance of the regenerator. The test results represented that the performance of the regenerator steadily improved as the solution temperature increased.-
