| dc.description.abstract | 국내 대부분의 공동주택은 벽식구조의 철근콘크리트 구조물이다. 오랜 시간이 경과하면서 발생하는 사용성의 저하와 부족한 구조내력으로 인해 수직증축 리모델링을 할 경우, 추가되는 하중 및 강화된 내진설계에 대한 안전성이 확보될 수 있도록 보수·보강은 필수적이다. 벽체 보강을 위한 방법으로 기존에는 단면증설 및 전단벽 신설로 국한 되어 왔으며, 부재의 성능을 증진시키기 위해 부착형 공법이 리모델링 시장에서 지배적이다. 본 연구에서는 전단벽에 대한 보강공법별 장단점을 분석하여 최적의 보강공법을 도출하였다. | - |
