가로의 상업화에 따른 저층부 입면 변화 경향 분석

Abstract

With commercialization of streets, streets lose their own identity. However, the facade of buildings on commercial street is considerably important index of physical environment change. The goal of this study is to generalize the tendency of change in the facade by comparing 19 streets of Seoul into different stages of commercialization and to find possiblity of managing public sector. The result of the analysis showed that commercialization makes the facade of buildings on streets open and showy with sign.
