dc.description.abstractDue to the advent of the information age to the knowledge of the rapidly changing knowledge economy across all industries, including the construction sector it has emerged as the most powerful means to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and indigenous. Information can be called an active effort to promote the informatization of Small and Medium-sized Enterprise is essential in that it not only impacts on efficiency and improve productivity all over the country and each sector within the social work that zone. Therefore, Small and Medium-sized enterprise diagnose the current informatization promotion status to promote and build information into zone-specific sector and allow you to derive specific improvement plan for lacking sector by diagnosing the stage of development level, through an assessment of the various ICT policy to present an improvement is needed. The purpose of this study was to measure the level of current business environment of Architects and provide diagnosis and treatment plan accordingly, we propose an environment to prepare for the future design of environmental knowledge and information-based business environment.-
