- With recent change in economic social cultural environment in Korea, the environment of the housing market is changing a lot and decision-marking right of residents according to the changing environment is greatly expanding. This study conducted the analysis on selection of residential location and housing type with a focus on single-person households in terms of building a prediction model for building mobile web based housing decision support
