공사중단 철골조에서의 임시사용 캡슐 디자인 연구 - 안양역 앞 현대코아 건물을 중심으로

Abstract

In modern architecture, steel frame structure is something we can see most often. However, there are more than thousand steel structures left alone after the construction has been stopped in many reasons. This study suggests a capsule design to use for building temporarily by steel frame structure. This study suggests a design on Hyundai core building in the traffic plaza, facing Anyang subway station. That is a large scale construction site, carried out from June, 1996. Construction had been stopped for the reason that IMF cold wave in 1998. And totally ceased in January, in the same year. Therefore, there has been left 430 hundred million won(krw) damage by 326 people who won the ownership of that building. So this study is supposing the problem solved in the near future and enable to use the building temporarily.
