사물인터넷(IoT)기반 스마트 홈 기술 적용사례 분석 - 국내 아파트 브랜드 모델하우스를 중심으로 -

Abstract

Modern society can be defined as an era of information. News from all over the world are spreading rapidly. Informations can be received conveniently through computers and smart phones. The IoT(Internet of Things) is a rising issue in the field of IT. The major apartment brand companies are building spaces which applied technologies of IoT and smart home, due to the attention on the IoT. The purpose of this study is to seek ways to develop smart home techonologies which are related with spaces by investigating present cases of apartment brand model houses which contain smart Home technologies. The method of this study is to understand the meanig of IoT and smart home technologies by exploring the preceding researches. Next, search about the apartment brands" technologies related with IoT and smart home technologies. Then compare and analyze the means of each brands" applying situations. The result of this study came out to be as follows. First, the difference was not seen among the brand technologies. Second, smart phones were the only devices that are related with the technologies. Third, only the walls were being used to install smart home devices. If the IoT technology makes progress, it will be possible to expect the combination of space and technology.
