dc.description.abstractThis study investigates the current status of laws and regulations related to the multi-unit dwellings in housing act and noise and vibration control act. Floor impact sound, sound insulation for walls, plumbing system noise and interior noise were the major items for the criteria. The government has been revised the law consistently to enhance the satisfaction of acoustic enthronements for the residents, however, there are still some issues in the evaluation of the class and the relationship with the perceptual noise levels.-
