| dc.description.abstract | Construction planning is carried out prior to the construction design it is being increasingly highlighted its importance in that it supports the effective basic orientation throughout the building projects, including the project cost forecasting, demand. The estimated project cost estimates are particularly mass-scale analysis and understanding of the site, and review applicable laws and regulations, which is primarily derived elements have to be in the planning stages of a fundamental element of the design outline.
