| dc.description.abstract | 기존의 유사 시퀀스 검색 방법들은 시퀀스 간의 거리를 이용하여 유사도를 판단하였다. 그러나 이러한 방법은 시퀀스의 형태를 고려하지 못하는 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 시퀀스를 쉬프팅하여 형태를 고려하고 시퀀스 간의 거리를 이용해 유사한 시퀀스를 검색하는 방법을 제안하고자 한다. | - |
