- Abstract
- 기존의 신뢰관계 분석 연구들은 단방향 신뢰형성에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석이 주를 이루었다. 양방향 신뢰는 믿을 수 있는 정보획득에 목적을 두는 단방향 신뢰와는 다르게 상호간에 의견소통과 정보교류에 힘쓰는 관계라는 의미를 담고 있다. 본 연구에서는 양방향 신뢰형성에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 찾고자 한다.
