거버넌스 참여주체별 인식차이 및 영향요인에 관한 연구 - 강원도 폐광지역을 대상으로

Abstract

This study aims to offer policy Implications that can improve effectiveness of regional development policies by proposing the governance as an alternative to activation of underdeveloped areas. In order to forming an effective governance targeting coal mine region in the Gangwondo which is one of the underdeveloped areas, we compared the difference of perception among participants about governance, and analyzed the influential factors in forming governance. First, we examined the current status of the coalmine regions, and derived influential factors in forming governance by reviewing the previous studies. Second, we conducted FGI to investigate the suitability of the evaluation factors derived at former phase, and conducted the T-test. Third, we conducted a survey as targeting regional development officials and NGOs, residents in the research object region. Fourth, the factor analysis and reliability analysis were undertake to categorize the common factors and to validate the survey results, and we selected the final factors for using in the analysis. Finally, we made the One-way ANOVA to compare the differences of perception among participants about governance, and made the Canonical Correlation Analysis to analyze the influential factors in forming governance.
