상담의 전문직 정체성에 관한 질적 연구

dc.description.abstract본연구에서는상담의전문직정체성에대한전문상담자들의인식을탐색하였다.이를 위해상담전공박사학위와상담관련전문가자격증을소지하면서최소5년이상의상담경력이있는12명의전문상담자들을대상으로일대일면접을진행하였고, 합의적질적연구방법을사용하여자료를분석하였다.연구결과,대부분의참여자들은인접조력분야전문가들과구별되는상담자의전문성이공감적이해와촉진적의사소통기술을통해치료적관계를형성함으로써내담자의내적변화와성장을이끌어내는능력에있으며, 또한치료적도구로서자신을성찰하고성장시키려는노력에있다고믿고있었다.한편그들은비교적건강한사람들이겪는다양한삶의문제를 해결하거나 그들이정신적으로 성장할 수있도록돕는데상담자가전문성을발휘할수있음을강조하였다.참여자들은상담의전문성을제고하기위해서는다양하고풍부한상담경험을통해기본적인상담수행능력을탄탄히다지는것이무엇보다중요하다고보았다.연구결과를토대로상담자교육과후속연구에대한시사점을논의하였다.-
