- Abstract
- On the use of Impulse Radio Ultra-Wide Band (IR-UWB) system, it is impossible to detect the number of the targets, which are equidistant, from the IR-UWB Radar because we can measure only the distance of each target. From these facts, IR-UWB Radar has limits and needs more antennae for application such as the people counting algorithm in specific area. This paper proposes an algorithm of detecting the number of people, who are equidistant, using noise-level of received signal.
