수도권 내 중소도시 창조성 평가지표 개발 - 인구 30만 이상의 14개 중소도시를 중심으로 -

Abstract

본 연구는 수도권 내 인구 30만 이상의 중소도시의 창조성을 평가할 수 있는 창조도시 평가모형을 개발하여 평가지표를 통해서 도시별로 평가하고 향후 모니터링 시 활용하고자 하였다. 평가지표 개발방향은 문헌 검토 및 표적집단면접(FGI)을 통해 1차 평가항목을 선정하고, 평가지표의 적합성 검증을 통해 최종평가지표를 도출하였다. ANP분석을 이용한 전문가 설문으로 도출된 평가항목 가중치 분석결과는 창조산업기반(0.47), 창조산업활동(0.36), 창조산업인재(0.17) 순으로 가중치가 도출되었다. 본 연구의 평가대상 연구를 통하여 분석한 결과에서 알 수 있듯이 도시별 창조성에 대한 평가가 가능하고, 스파이더 맵을 통한 도시별 창조도시 방향 제시 및 향후 모니터링을 위한 기초연구가 될 수 있을 것이다.

This study is mainly evaluating creativities of small and medium-sized cities which have population sizes more than 0.3 million within capital area throughout developing appraisal modeling, and has a plan to use it for further monitoring process. Direction of developing in evaluation criteria is mainly selected by literature review & FGI, and suitability of this study was examined by final evaluation criteria. Weighed analysis result of evaluation criteria by deriving from thesis from ANP analysis by experts had orders of Creativity of Industrial Foundation (0.47), Creativity of Commercial Activity (0.36), Creativity of Human Resource (0.17). As we can figure out from case study derived by analysis result, it is available to evaluate creativities of cities. Moreover, this study will generate further monitoring progress for basic studies and indicators of creativities throughout Spider Map.
