공동주택에서 거주자가 난방에너지소비량에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

Abstract

Thermal performance of building significantly influences on energy consumption in buildings, and several researches are conductedto reveal influences. However, research on energy consumption regarding the occupants has not been relatively emhasised enough.In this study, heating energy consumption of three apartment complexes composed of 3,154 households was analysis. The effect ofhousehold characteristics and occupancy on heating energy consumption were analyzed trough filed study. Heating energyconsumption of building characteristics indicated 45% variation respectively of heating variation. Heating energy consumption ofequal building characteristic has indicated 65% variation respectively of heating variation.
