dc.description.abstractThe main thrust of this paper is to cross-correlate economic and environmental performance acquired by hybridphotovoltaic/thermal(PV/T) system in to the established liquid desiccant-assisted evaporative cooling system. Area required for thePV/T system is determined to difference of PV/T system electrical and thermal properties. Therefore,this paper is applied to cost,energy and green-house gas payback time for comparing and determining adequacy of the design. The result shows that the PV/Tsystem sized for the electric load may provide more than 20% of energy independence efficiency and shorter payback timecompared with the PV/T system sized for the peak thermal load.-
