dc.description.abstract | Countries in the world developed economy considering low carbon emission and green growth: Major advanced countries evaluated environment friendly performance of buildings in accordance with their standards to give certifications and to supply environment friendly buildings. G-SEED, LEED, BREEAM, CASBEE and other environment friendly certification systems were used at home and abroad to evaluate sustainable buildings. G-SEED in the nation allowed users and inspectors to evaluate buildings by certification system and to produce limitation on written rating environment at promotion and expansion of the system. In this study, BIM based platform of rating items of green building certification system was built up to implement additional data and sustainable buildings for judgment of effective environment performance and to provide users with GBT(Green BIM Template) and to do modeling and build up green building certification rating system and to build up WEB environment rating system that could evaluate green building certification system. | - |
