| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 신체억제대 적용을 경험한 입원환자의 주관적 인식 유형과 각 유형의 특성을 확인하여 임상실무현장의 신체억제대 사용에 대한 기준을 마련하는데 기초자료를 제공하고자 수행하였다. Q 방법론을 적용한 본 연구는 신체억제대 적용경험이 있는 환자 25명을 P 표본으로 편의표집 하였으며 이들이 41개의 Q표본을 11점 척도의 Q분포도상에 강제 분포하도록 하였다. 수집된 자료는 PC-QUANL 프로그램에 의한 주인자분석법으로 처리하였다. 연구결과, 입원환자의 신체억제대 사용에 대한 인식은 4개 유형을 발견하였으며 이들 유형에 의해 설명된 전체 변량은 44%이었다. 환자의 신체억제대 사용에 대한 주관성은 ‘수용적 의료인 신뢰형’, ‘대안중시형’, ‘의료인 역할강조형’, 그리고 ‘수용적 의료인 불신형’으로 확인되었다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 신체억제대 적용 환자의 주관적 인식구조에 따른 각 유형별 맞춤형 중재전략을 논의하였다. | - |
