| dc.description.abstract | In this paper, we will make a new algorithm to check SBR system using IR-UWB Radar. In algorithm, we use change in the magnitude of the signal from IR-UWB radar to check the presence of a person for each seat. Then, we combine the status of the seat belt with the occupancy status of the person on the seat into our algorithm and indicate the result of it on monitor. The experiment was conducted in two small rooms and in two vehicles. We used the radar named X4M06 which is made by Novelda Company. And the detection distances varied from 1m to 3m. The location of the radar attachment was mounted on the side so that several people could be seen and tested at various locations for better results. As a result, And the results of the experiment showed that SBR systems can be built using IR-UWB radar. | - |
