- 불안정성 골반 골절은 환자의 전신 상태가 회복되는 대로 조기에 정확한 정복 및 견고한 내고정술을 시행하여야좋은 결과를 얻을 수 있다. 따라서 적절한 수술 시기, 접근법, 골반골절 정복 기구, 내고정물 등 철저한 수술 전 준비와 풍부한 술자의 경험이 필수적이라 하겠다.
