Study on Characteristics and Index Development in Technology Level Evaluation

Abstract

This paper is to explore characteristics of technology level evaluation (TLE) and develop a proper index for technology level evaluation. Technology level evaluation index will be an aid to strategic planning for technology level evaluation in an organization, a society, and a country. The TLE index is developed and evaluated to address the strategic planning in technology level evaluation index development. The technology level evaluation index model reinforces the strategic planning of the organization’s technology level evaluation index development settings and other operations planning settings.
