- Abstract
- 소프트 오류(Soft error)는 하드웨어에서 발생하는 일시적인 오류로 특정 전하의 상태를 반전시킨다. 이는 시스템 전체 운용에 치명적인 위험을 초래하여 시스템이 중단되거나 종료될 수 있다. 하드웨어의 비중이 높은 CPS는 이러한 소프트 오류를 극복할 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 CPS에서 소프트 오류를 극복하기 위해 커널 레벨과 유저 레벨에서의 오류 감지 및 복구 기법을 제안하고자 한다.
