dc.description.abstractThis study aims to understand and analyse the legal status of telemedicine's standards and category, to bring up problems concerning the analysis findings, and to propose desirable legal measures. By considering the plain meaning of support in the Article 34 in Medical Act, responsibility limits of the telemedicine is surveyed. Permitted limits of telemedicine practices, responsibility in case of medical accident at a remote location is studied in this paper. Classification of telemedicine practices including remote doctor and local doctor, proposal for the liability, and necessary for the compensation of responsibility rule in the present Medical Act are also suggested.-
