관광인적자원의 역량개발을 위한 관광교육과정 개선방안

Abstract

본 연구에서는 향후 관광분야 인력개발을 위해 필요한 역량을 도출하고 이를 기반으로 한 관광교육과정 개발방안을 제시했다. 이를 통해 관광관련 학과 및 관광실무 분야에서 필요로 하는 역량들을 도출하고 이를 기반으로 한 교육과정을 설계하는데 필요한 시사점을 제시하고자 했다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 2010년 7월 20일부터 8월 3일까지총 15일간 이메일, 팩스, 방문조사를 이용한 전문가조사를 실시했다. 조사결과 팀워크와 책임감, 의사소통 능력, 대인관계 능력, 긍정적 사고 등이 주요한 핵심역량으로 파악됐으며, 이를 통해 관광분야 인력의 역량개발을 위한 관광교육과정 개선방안을 제시했다.

This study examined the required competencies of human resource in tourism area and suggested tourism curriculum improvement. To accomplish the study purpose, the survey of experts was conducted using e-mail, fax and personal interview for 15 days from July 20 to August 3 in 2010. As a results of the analysis, teamwork, responsibility for the work, communication competence,interpersonal relationship ability and positive thinking were suggested as the main competencies of tourism employee in the future. Based on the research findings,practical implications were suggested for tourism curriculum improvement and discussed future study directions.
