| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구의 목적은 학교장의 변혁적 리더십이 동료교사에 대한 교사신뢰를 매개로 하여 교사 조직시민행동에 영향을 미친다는 연구모형을 검증하는데 있다. 연구모형 검증을 위해, 서울특별시, 경기도 및 전국 대도시 16개 초등학교에 근무 중인 교사 254명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 응답이 완료된 질문지는 AMOS 통계패키지 프로그램의 구조방정식 모델을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 학교장의 변혁적 리더십은 동료교사에 대한 교사신뢰를 매개로 교사 조직시민행동에 간접적으로 유의미한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 학교조직에서 동료교사에 대한 교사신뢰의 중요성을 강조하고, 변혁적 리더로서의 학교장의 역할에 대한 시사점을 제공한다. | - |
