| dc.description.abstract | 최근의 세계 금융 및 재정위기 이후 개도국들은 경제회복을 위한 대규모 부양책의 일환으로 PPP를 통한 인프라 투자 확대를 추진하고 있지만 선진국 자산으로의 안전자산투자선호 현상 등으로 많은 어려움을 겪고 있는 것이 사실이다. 본 연구는 전세계 대부분의 개도국들이 현재 처해 있는 이러한 상황에 착안하여 개도국에 대한 인프라 파이낸싱을 활성화시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 우선 최근의 세계 금융 및 재정 위기가 개도국의 인프라 파이낸싱 시장에 미친 영향을 고찰하고 G20 및 국제개발금융기관들은 이에 어떻게 대응하고 있는지를 살펴본다. 그런 다음, 현재의 국제금융시장 상황, G20으로 대표되는 선진국들과 MDB들의 제약요인들을 감안하여 ‘유동화 구도’ 및 ‘인프라보증펀드’를 통해 개도국에 인프라 파이낸싱을 지원하는 방안을 제시하고 이의 시사점 및 효율적 적용방안을 논의한다 | - |
