dc.description.abstractGovernment builds the various community-based facilities by fostering privately invested projects to strengthen thenational competitiveness and the private properties is putting a great effect on our SOC facility expansion. But, due tothe government's promotion on the financial-defense purpose privately-invested project such as the cut of MinimumRevenue Guarantee(MRG), minimization of the subsidy for construction and others. This led to the increase in the riskof the private businesses and to decrease the BTL business. Although SOC private business is putting a grean impacton the promotion of developing national economy and the people's comfort, the abolishion of MRG provdied an obstaclein running businesses. Therefore, this research is to investigate the feasibility of the profits made from privateinvestment as well as the cost raised from the MRG policy as considering SOC businesses being private investments.-
