Abstract

Korea families are being divided and broken up rapidly, the size and the structure of households show great changes.Miniaturization of the households should have progressed rapidly in the long term, as the housing market in Korea is expecteda variety of changes. Also, the supply of segmented plan and rarified households tailored to the characteristics of futurehousing market rather than total amount of houses supply is necessary.This study aims of demand and supply strategy analysis about small size housings based on population and socialcharacteristics of Eco-generation.
