dc.description.abstractRecently, technological development of the whole industries promotes consumption of energy in the whole world. Meanwhile,each country is carrying out low-energy policies so as to save energy and preserve environment. Korea is carrying out theGBCC(Green building Certification Criteria). However, GBCC is evaluated by 2D floor plan and site photos. Therefore, thisstudy intends to draw more rapid and accurate GBCC process with building's formative information or attribute informationwhich can be obtained by BIM. To achieve it, GBCC template based on BIM is suggested and more qualitative data is appliedto the certification process.-
