Abstract

Our modern critics had moved the barycenter to field of art in Kim Hyeon’s period. His critics could be told results shaped as refined language from double demands. These results that nevertheless critics should intervene to reality unfavorably, critics should preserve autonomous territory of literature. Intense generation theory of self-consciousness adhere to him functioned as internal principle of Hanguel generation. Therefore it became source of power fulfilling continuous secure of self-identity and self-reflection. Kim Hyeon’s critics were spreaded by linguistic works actualizing and incarnating positiveness, belief, and our dreams against autonomy and anti-suppression of literature. Then his critics disbelieved and rejected every suppression, diagram, dogma and ideology. In this point, Kim Hyeon’s critics put emphasis on liberal function of literature. His critics could be told as sympathy focused on communication with everybody and aim to relation of critics. These his critical heritage remained as a strong object arousing double impulse, huge influence from him and possibility of new overcome, to next generation. So disputes on him from now, must be gone into abundant details beyond both extremes, one-sided beautification and derogation.
