dc.description.abstractThis work presents a dispersive modeling of concrete materials using the quadratic complex rational function (QCRF). In this work, coefficients of QCRF are extracted by the complex-curve fitting technique which needs no initial conditions. We compare QCRF model and extended Debye model with measurement data. The results show that the accuracy of QCRF model is superior to extended Debye model-
