GPU를 이용한 그래프에서 링크 기반 유사도 측정 방안의 성능 평가

Abstract

본 논문에서는 GPU의 구조가 링크 기반 유사도 측정 방안의 성능에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 이를 바탕으로 효율적인 링크 기반 유사도 측정을 위해 본 논문에서 사용한 전략에 대해 자세히 기술한다. 끝으로, 다양한 실험을 통해 링크 기반 유사도 측정 방안들의 CPU와 GPU에서의 성능을 각각 측정하고, 이를 평가한다.

In this paper, we analyze how architecture of the GPU affect the performance of link-based simi-larity measures. Based on the analysis, we describe our strategies for effectively measuring link-based similarity using the GPU in detail. Finally, through extensive experiments, we measure the performance of link-based similarity measures on the CPU and the GPU respec-tively, and evaluate them.
