사례를 통한 프로젝트 파이낸싱 개발사업의 실패 영향요인 분석

Abstract

The recent economic depression and decline of sales rate are connected to profit degeneration and are causing a negative result to loan of real estate in project financing. Accordingly, this paper aims to seek a method to reduce a risk of a projet financing business through factor analysis having influence on business success, so that the investment can be achieved based on the actural profitability and feasibility in project financing. And this paper has sought a method to reduce a risk of financing project by aggregating analysis results based on comparison of assessment items.
