Abstract

The Korean construction market and housing policy have been increasingly focusing on supplier. Although improvement of residential satisfaction for demander is needed, previous studies on development of applicable user manual in real life are still in an early stage. Therefore, this study aims to suggest factors influencing residential satisfaction of inhabitant-centered through preliminary research analysis and literature review. The future direction of this study is to analyze factors influencing on residential satisfaction and to measure importance of them.
