BIM 템플릿의 실무자 요구사항 분석을 위한 AHP 기법 적용에 관한 연구

Abstract

BIM has attracted attentions in various fields of the construction industry. Large-scale architectural design firms have been developing their own techniques of BIM application, while small and medium-sized architectural design firms haven’t been involve d in this situation yet. Thus, we are now in progress about the research of developing a practical BIM template for small and medium-sized architectural design firms. The early research conducted a surveys targeting design practitioners, but there was a lack of objectivity about the necessity of developing template. Thus to analyze and suggest the priority of introducing practical BIM in small and medium-sized architectural design firms, we use AHP method.
